Interested in helping our websites with graphic design or drawings?
Our team uses Discord. All the graphic designers and artists are in the same private group where they can exchange tips and discuss their creations.
Our staff team from our various websites will also use this private group to ask for creations when we need them. You can offer your help for anything you'd like, and you don't have to do anything if you're not interested in the subject.
If multiple designers or artists are interested in making something, we'll try to use both. If it's not possible, we'll discuss it together or may suggest to collaborate on a single piece.
If no artists or graphic designers are available, the rest of the staff team will figure something out using screenshots and basic tools.
How to join the team?
- Click here to join our discord server. Follow the instructions.
- Our Discord mods will add you to the artists and designers private channels and welcome you.
- Once you get your access, introduce yourself and share some of your previous work in
#art_share. The team(s) will be very happy to have you on board ^_^ - Check the pinned message in #art_links, follow the instructions, and assign yourself to tasks you're interested in.

Is this a paid job?
The short answer is no.
The long answer:
All our administrators, staff members, artists, designers and translators are volunteers.
Our websites are made by fans and for fans and don't have any affiliation with the game publishers. They also don't contain ads and don't generate revenue.
We receive donations and funds from affiliate links, but 100% of this money goes towards paying back for the (expensive) monthly servers fees. The reason why this page and this team exist is because a lot of people offer to help with graphic design and artworks on a regular basis, so we talked about it and decided to find a way to integrate the work of artists in our daily activities.
If you're not interested in that, it's absolutely not a problem ;) The staff team still loves you and thanks you for using our websites.
Work ownership
For Circles
By making any kind of piece of art or graphic edit/design for Circles, you agree to give away full ownership to Circles. Circles is then allowed to use your work for commercial and non-commercial purposes. Normally, commercial works have been for helping us share that we accept donations!
Our teams will try their best to add credit, either by tagging the artist or including artist credit within the final image we use that piece for. For Idol Story, fan-made transparents are always credited.
For prizes
When you make any kind of piece of art or graphic edit as part of a prize given to the winner of a contest, you agree to give away full ownership to the winner. The winner is allowed to use your work with or without crediting, with or without modification, privately and publicly. They are not allowed to use it for commercial reasons.
We don't guarantee, but encourage winners to credit whenever reasonable.
